About Coach T. Barr

T. Barr brings over 20 years of experience in mentoring, counseling, scouting, and athletic recruiting. He has taught, coached, and mentored 1000’s of at-risk youth at several Title 1 schools in the talent filled state of Tennessee and other places in the U.S. He began as a scout & film analyst intern for Atlanta Georgia based HBCU football magazine Diamonds In The Rough.

He has served in a similar capacity for the NFL and NFL Europe training camps. Coach Barr has several mentors that have been or still are involved in college and pro athletics. T’s resume lists assistant football coach and recruiting coordinator for one of the best regions for high school football in the nation. Coach T. Barr is married with four kids and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Management and holds a valid teacher license K-12.

Film Evaluation

Submit your film and information to Coach T. Barr for initial film evaluation and player consultation. This is the first step in the recruiting process. Once we know where you are…we can guide you to where you want to go!

Junior Day Visits

Getting in touch with college coaches and programs can be a duanting first time task for a parent. Our team at Coach T. Barr can schedule, help organize travel and loging for kids and their families.

Academic Evaluation

Certain schools have very strict academic standards for their student athletes. We can help match and place student athletes with the program in which they will most likely succeed in.

Film Sent To Programs

If your film passes the eye test we will make sure to get it in the hands of the coaches and programs that you as a student athlete will most likely fit with. We work closely with, and personally know coaches from all divisions of college football.
